Amazing! Jemima did an amazing job on my keratin straightening. Staff are friendly and service was great.Price is set well for all services and can’t wait to go back.

Still in shock after my experience at this salon.When booking I asked if they had a senior stylist that was experienced at cutting hair extensions, they said yes so I booked in.On arrival the hairdresser that was doing my hair sat me down and then walked over to another stylist and told her to swap and do my hair, that stylist then approached me and asked what I was wanting done. I told her that I needed a dry cut on my hair extensions, she said that she doesn’t know how to do that and can’t do it.I was extremely uncomfortable that I got up to leave saying don’t worry about it.Another stylist came over and said it’s fine I’ll do it for you, she was very lovely and did try her best but also wasn’t experienced in cutting extensions.I wasn’t offered any styling of my hair and was charged $95, it’s not the cost that is the problem it’s the really poor service and being made to feel an inconvenience.If it’s not service that you provide then don’t book it in.

Its was by a frnd reference i found this place. Feels a bit elite. Nice staff, very friendly service had good conversation with the hair dresser. Was offered a drink of choice as i was getting seated Its not like the other hairdressers where they try to sell products. i was expalined what my hair would like before she started my haircut. was given few tips and tricks on how to maintain.

I went in today to get my hair refreshed and coloured. I had a great experience with Jenny, who guided me through each step leaving me being sure of what I was getting done. All the other staff members were very friendly and skilled aswell. I came in with a pretty clear idea of the type of hair colour and cut I wanted and I believe they did a great job being that to life!

Walked in to purchase a product off the shelf. The older lady at the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me, just continued to take her personal call. The item had an issue scanning - she wouldn’t put the phone down even then, and one of the hairdressers ended up coming over and completing the transaction for me. Extremely rude to just take a phone call while serving, not even acknowledging the customer. Won’t be coming back here, even if it were the last hair dresser in Victoria.

Amazing salon with superior service. Was greeted and offered coffee upon arrival and was looked after by Maria and Olivia. They both really looked after me and were very kind and knowledgeable. I felt very pampered and the service was fantastic. Thank you Hair Phase and can't wait to come back again
