I had the worst pedicure of my life today. I showed up 20 minutes before close without realizing it. Instead of asking me to come back another time, my nail tech did my pedicure in less than 20 minutes. It was so rushed, she didn’t even wait for the timer to dry the gel between sessions. My nails aren’t filed properly and she didn’t do any work on my feet or the skin around my nails. No quick massaging like you sometimes get. She didn’t even take out the tool to do my cuticles. I asked for a red colour and got bright pink. I kept thinking it would dry darker or change with more coats. Afterwards I compared my colour with the sample and it was definitely the wrong bottle. The employees were nice so I didn’t complain in store, but every time I look down at my toes I’m angry and feel scammed. I will never return.

Third time i am trying this salon.On the overall experience i sadly will not recommend it.They just imposed me to pay in cashHad to walk around for 15 min to find an ATM and come back.The second time i went there they were busy and asked me to come back 15 min later and made me wait another 20 min in the salonThe first time I went there they use a nail polish which stained my nails. 2 month after i still have on some of my finger the purple stains.

Great salon. Always go above and beyond and the manicure results last a long time. I've tried other salons closer to my home but prefer to travel to this one. The ladies are very sweet and welcoming also.

My nail broke the day afternoon I got shellac (my fault my nails were very thin) a part of the shellac got chipped because of it. I went back in to get it fixed today and the staff were great, fixed and redid that nail and even gave me an extra coat on all my other nails all free of charge. Fantastic service thankyou

If you're getting shellac DO NOT GO HERE ! I had mine done and they did a terrible job, it was falling off by day 2 and they refused to redo it without charging me the full $35 again. I've had shellac many times and never had this happen! I could tell when I left the salon that it was a dodgy job, uneven lumpy bits, polish was not taken to the edge of the nail, etc. YUCK

Literally the worst manicure and service I’ve ever experience. DO NOT GO HERE! When I went back after three days to ask for them to fix my nails I was met with extreme rudeness and unwillingness to help. I literally had to force the issue because I was refused a refund. When I finally got agreement to fix my completely chipped shellac they refused to even buff and file my nails- I HAD TO DO IT IN FRONT OF THE TECHNICIAN MYSELF !

The guy nail technician was very unprofessional and rude.First time, I came here he attended to my nails and tried to be friendly and make a conversation but he wasn’t even making an eye contact and just ignoring me all the way.Local business that’s why I decided to support them.Second time,my partner has enquires about their nail services to get a quote and he was so unpleasant and rude.Walked out and yelled at us in front of everyone.Hopefully the management can do something about this as it’s unacceptable to have someone representing your store like this.

I've had shellac done twice here and it has stayed on perfectly for 5 weeks both times! I wouldn't normally leave it on this long but there were no chips or signs of the shellac coming away from the nail! Amazing job, will keep going back.

I got Shellac done here. The staff were friendly and professional. There was a large range of colours and they did a really good job! Prices were also very reasonable! EDIT TO ADD: My Shellac has lasted better than any other times I have gotten it done, highly recommend

Terrible. Had a shellac manicure done and within a few days multiple nails begun chipping. By 7 days, 5 nails had chipped significantly. The shop refused to fix them without charging me in full and refused a refund. I've had plenty of shellac manicures done before, all which have lasted a minimum of 3 weeks.
