Sadly I have to warn others. I booked in a quotation for 10.30am, I waited the entire day but they never turned up and never responded to my messages. It's been a week and several attempts to contact them later - but still no response. Highly unprofessional and suggest you avoid them. Plenty of others offering the same product with better service..

Would not hesitate to recommend William and his dedicated team. This smaller but very focussed company bring a group of trained and professional tradesmen who have a wealth of experience, which they use to bring about the optimum outcome, sharing a wealth of ideas and market know how. All the various team members turned up on time and completed each stage competently and cleanly, so there were no delay’s throughout the install process, and without any loose ends. 6 months later the gates work perfectly and have brought function, fashion and security to our new home. Speak to Will you will not regret it.

Amazing company to deal with. Couldn't be happier! Maz the owner was incredibly professional, quoted a very fair price, turned up when promised and his installer Mike does impeccable work. We had some issues with the installation as the fence wasn't straight, but Maz and Mike offered me several solutions and the gate now works perfectly. I deal with a lot of trades in my job and its rare to find someone as professional, courteous and nice as these guys. i would have no hesitation in using them again and recommending them to my friends.

I recently had an automatic gate and fence installed by SSG. Wil came around and gave me a very competitive quote promptly and supplied me with the drawing for council approval. He was very friendly and reassuring. The tradesmen who came to install the gate and fence were fantastic. They are very skillful in what they do and with many years of experience, what a job well done! The tradesman who came to install the gate motor was equally fantastic. He was patience listening to and answering all my questions. I was well informed throughout the entire process. What impressed me most is they all take pride in their works. I have no hesitation in recommending SSG.

Sydney Smart Gates manufactured and installed our new smart gates and aluminium fencing. We went with them as they were very professional from the outset unlike others we tried to contact. First thing, they actually responded to our enquiry and communicated with us the whole time. They installed prior to Christmas as promised and the workmen were very professional. We are very happy with the service and quality of the gates and highly recommend them.
