Patrick helped me with moving my phone plan from Telstra to Catch and this has saved me hundreds of dollars over the year. He also helped me unlock my phone with TELSTRA so that I could choose my own provider. Patrick was very patient and very helpful and I was extremely grateful for the advice and service that he provided. 5 out of 5 stars

Been struggling with internet reaching all the corners of our house for years but Pat was able to get us all fixed and sorted while also setting up a ReelTv box for my grandfather. We found Pat extremely helpful, friendly as well as patient and would highly recommend him!

Patrick was able to help us connect to a Boost Mobile account after we had messed things up during our attempt to connect. Patrick undid the mistakes we made and established the Boost account. He was very patient and efficient. We would highly recommend his service.

We have never been able to get NBN out to our house because we were not on their map. Patrick was able to get an upgrade fro. ADSL to Fixed Wireless and our speeds have jumped up by 400%. Very happy with the support and service. He also saved us $500 per year on our Mobile Plans so all round, we are very very happy
