Tilba Valley Winery & Ale House
Awesome place with live music. Kitchen closes at 2.00, after that the menu is limited. The best fish tacos I have had in Australia, we loved the smoked trout salad (it was so generous). They do tasting of their wines on the hour (gold coin donation or you can tap at the bar (which we did)). We loved the rose and got a large glass, also got a glass of the house pale ale. Well priced and popular place

Stopped in here for midweek lunch and it was phenomenal. Service was superb - so friendly and welcoming. Food was delicious. We had the seafood platter which was amazing; chicken snitty; burger; fish tacos. Everything was just delicious and the view topped it all off. Will definitely return on our next holiday to the area!

Excellent location. Very country and local feel. Great view over the lake. Live music on the weekends. Large meals at lunch. Definitely consider sharing!

5 stars! The owner was a pleasure to meet. I would totally recommend a visit here. The reds were so delicious that we bought more than we usually do, plus we scored a free bottle of tawny port for buying 6 wines. Bargain! We had a cheese plate on the verandah overlooking a lush green valley. Our whole visit was divine and I would not leave Tilba unless visiting here.

Really beautiful little winery in the hills, would be the prefect place to stop in and see the large variety of live music who play here. Unfortunately we didn’t get that opportunity. The staff were lovely and both the wines and beers were rather good. There’s a big food hall, however we didn’t eat there. Would highly recommend sitting outside and soaking in the views and sun.

Great spot to have an ale, glass of wine or two. Located on top of a hill, it has a serene view of the rolling hills, providing a great backdrop to enjoy with your beverage. The service was also very friendly.

We found this place by coincidence looking to have lunch. As we didn't have networking we went there without checking how it was. When we arrived we fall completely in love with the place, the staff, the music and the vibes. They have live music, which was amazing!!I highly recommend you to go there if you are around!

We visited Easter Saturday and while it was busy staff where friendly and attentive we felt welcome. the band was great, food was amazing and the drinks to match ! atmosphere was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend and cant wait to get there again soon.

This is really a neighbourhood gem. Absolutely love this place. It’s a very small distance from the Central Tilba shops so quite convenient after a good shopping trip. There’s heaps of on-site parking. They have multiple wine and ale options (their own) as well as spirits. I really liked their pale ale. We were lucky as it was a festival of sorts so the place was buzzing with activities including a live band. It was quite packed but there’s always a spot you can find to sit - if not sit on the grass and enjoy your wine. We ordered their fish tacos and bread with 3 dips. If you go through my pics you’ll see that the 2 fish tacos was quite generous. I absolutely love their eggplant dip. Yum! I can’t wait to come here again
