Received an amazing haircut from Kay today. Saved my disaster of a hair and made me street worthy again. He's one the most dedicated designer who will make sure that you will leave satisfied. He also gave me great tips on how to take care of my hair. Great customer service and skill to perfection. Me and my partner's favourite hair stylist by far. I got a haircut from this place first which was a fantastic experience, which is why I came back to get my hair colored. I asked for dark brown hair with subtle highlights and showed a few reference pictures. My hair turned out much lighter than what I expected. When I went back home and saw the hair in regular light it looked even different and raised my concern with the hair dresser asking if they would be able to fix it. They said they would charge extra. I was really disappointed as this was not what I wanted and the first place and having already paid heaps for it I was still being charged. They suggested washing etc would also change the colour abhit so I washed my hair. Upon washing and styling my hair I found out that underneath layers were untouched and unblended! This basically means that I have layers of highlights on top of my head and lll but the underneath i has no colour at all. People have told me wherever I went that it looks really awkward. I am so disappointed, I spent $600 for an unfinished job and they are not willing to help me out instead making me pay money on top. Attaching pictures for reference.

I would highly recommend Tone B to anyone looking for a great haircut or facial treatment. The staff are very friendly and have a lot of knowledge with what they do.

I will never go back there. Gosh, a hairdresser had no idea how to deal with my hair. I asked to cut my hair short with a layer and this is what I got. A shape is sticking out here and being hollow there. I wonder how you guys run the shop with someone who has no talent for cutting hair. Cutting myself at home would be better than what you did.

I had my hair cut and straightening here, the result is great and price is not bad, will be back again
