Never in my life have I ever been treated with such lack of transparency and unprofessionalism by a prestige vehicle company and if the manager knows, he chooses to do nothing to do about it. It was like going to a Real Estate Rental office. Please read to the end.After purchasing my vehicle from Gold Coast BMW which is a totally professional dealership I chose (due to location) to have some repairs to front door and grille done at BMW bodyshop Hendra. I was told the repairs would be done while I was away for 2 weeks over Xmas and available for pick up just after New Year. When I fronted to collect my vehicle, I was told no work had been done because of lack of staff and I needed to leave it for a further 2 weeks so they could source parts from Sydney. They said they had messaged me to this affect, but in fact, had not. It turns out that whilst in the workshop the windscreen had been broken. It wasn't until they admitted this fact, 2 weeks after the car had been left for repair, and I pushed the issue, that they agreed to give me a loan vehicle.When I picked up the loan vehicle, I asked to see the manager to air my grievances. I was told he would be an hour or two but I said I'd wait. The female front desk receptionist was arrogant and purposefully unhelpful.A dark, male office worker asked why I needed to see the manager. I had a customer care issue with BMW.I booked my service 2 weeks inadvance and my service included window tints. This was timed to be done soon before my Easter holiday travel. BMW promised to have both done on the same day which was the 4th of April, later in the afternoon i got a call saying they were done with the service but i will have to bring back the car on the 12th of April for tinting.This did not go well with me as this was a pre booked work which was confirmed inadvance. I raised a complaint and they ended up keeping my car upto the 6th thats when the tints work was completed.They gave me a lease car which they initially requested back the same day intending to leave me with no car, I gladly refused to spend 2 days without a car which worked in my favour.When i got the car back, the car was not washed clean like what other car dealer usually do. (Ignore paying premium for service and tints, the customer care was just ridiculous)The 3 star is for the lady who constanly communicated, put through my complaint making sure i got the tints in 2 days instead of 8days and for the completed good job at the end.

The repair quality was high, however customer service is very poor. Communication is limited, confusing and inconsistent. I was originally quoted for a three day repair, which became a six-day estimate on drop off and then on day six another day was added. This was all done via text with limited information about why there were delays.Upon collection my feedback about this was met with defensiveness and confusing responses before they eventually blamed an external partner for the delay.So, great if you want a good quality repair but don't mind being stuffed around in the process and expect any feedback provided to them to be received poorly.

The worst service I have used ever, welding failed and had vehicle back to be inspected and they just said that's due to another accident. I contacted my insurance and took my car to be inspected and assessed by a third part and the report shows that previous repair work has been horribly done, welding failed and rusted, cutting corner by using self-drive screws to fix bumper to the body instead by welded bolts& nuts.

I recently had my damaged Volvo repaired at BMW Bodywork’s. It was a great experience, easy to book in with the assessor, they sent reminders for repair date, the repair was completed on time an excellent job done. The real hero is Vanessa who coordinates everything. She is extremely professional, polite, efficient, she oversees it all with confidence. Vanessa goes out of her way to check on the progress and often goes into the workshop to check what stage your car is at. Nothing is a problem for her. Wish there were more great people like Vanessa. Highest praise!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. The female receptionist Nicole is very rude and lies. I had to take my M2 back 3 times to get the bonnet sitting right. The second time I escalated to a manager as Nicole didn't want to take responsibility. Manager comes out and spent 15 minutes deflecting and not taking ownership. I escalated to Brisbane BMW dealership and took it in, they head of service and techs completely agreed it was subpair work. Thankfully it was resolved the third time. Not even an apology from Nicole or any of that team. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life.

After having another vehicle hit my pride and joy it was sent to Brisbane BMW to be repaired. Not only was the process explained clearly but they also eased my mind that my vehicle would come back just as it was prior to the accident. The end result, an absolutely perfect colour match, I truly believe my car looks better now than it did before. Thank you Brisbane BMW for everything

Bad experience, they ask me to come this morning and they will check my car for me.(it took me more than one hour drive to there). After a 20 minutes waiting the lady told me they change they policy yesterday afternoon and they can’t check my car, they will call me after New year. If u change your policy yesterday afternoon why u don’t call me? Wast my time!!! Why you guys can’t even take few minutes to check my car?
