We got half a piece of grilled Barra, but we ordered crumbed coral trout, $22 for a very small sad serving of fish and chips. The person serving us was rude, disinterested and mumbled so we could barely understand him. Just ordering was such a terrible experience but we saw some good reviews so we thought the food might be worth it. Both of our orders were very disappointing. We’ll be stopping in to ask for a refund. Such a bad experience. Paid $38 for 2 people (the Barra+chips and a small fish burger) and we aren’t even full. At most places $20 would fill both of us up with left overs.

Fantastic fish and chip shop.We ordered the prawn tacos, crumbed coral trout and a flathead pack. The meals were substantial with nice crispy chips and plenty of fish. The prawn tacos were amazing, lots of fried prawn in a crispy tortilla. I also had a large salad that was fresh and tasty. Overall I would recommend this place if your looking for great fish and chips.

It’s a fish and chip shop. They have seating for 10 parties of 4 roughly. The food is fried, but not bad. The taco was a good size for dinner and the chicken had some spice that made it ok. The music was blaring some obscenities (f’bomb) which didn’t go well for the young families eating. It was 5pm.The salad was good. The kale and other ingredients in the super salad came well together.If your looking for a fish shop this is your place in Palm cove.

I had Fish & Chips (crispy Barramundi) for lunch today! It was good and tasted fresh! I was surprised by the price, it was cheap for a tourist area! On top of that, there is a very warm Indonesian lady that enhances my experience. The place is also clean and the food is halal! Definitely will visit again if I have the chance. Terima kasih, bu!

This place is amazing!! Sooooo good we tried it for lunch and returned after dinner for round 2!The barramundi is absolutely the best! We tried it battered and grilled. Go with battered if you in for regular fish and chips! I vote for grilled for that special taste!!We also had the fish burger that comes with the crumble style fish... Go for that if you really like it crispy!!

Fantastic food, good value and super nice staff.The chips are perfectly crispy, fish is fresh, the prawn tacos are delicious and lots of filling, almost more like a small burrito.Honestly nicer seasoning and quality of ingredients than many of the pricier options in Palm Cove, don't miss it!

Had the Flathead Meal Deal (Tempura Flathead, chips & garden salad) for lunch. Gluten option available. Generous serve of well cooked fish and chips. Plenty of salad. Quick service. Dine in area open air and undercover but access on both sides by steps. Reasonable value for a decent lunch.

Best fish and chips in Palm Cove. Great service, and top quality produce.. matched with a perfect weather. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a bite to eat that ain't heavy on the wallet and doesn't disappoint.

Best fish and chips we have had in the Cairns region. Fish perfectly cooked and very generous portion sizes. Perfect if you want to sit on the beach with great food
