Poor customer service, they displayed half price knee bands when I asked at the counter one attendant came and take off all the half price tickets . She is very rude not answering my questions . They supposed to sell for whatever they displayed even if it is wrong .

The review about staff member Jannah being rude is completely false and untrue. This is a personal attack on a staff member (who also happens to still be a teenager, so pick on someone your own age).Jannah has a wonderful sense of humour and was talking to the customer in jest, as the customer found the product they were looking for.Instead of you clarifying what you falsely overhead by asking Jannah directly, you go to Google and write an untrue review. Jannah has always offered me wonderful service, and goes above and beyond.This has been reported to Google as being untrue. You must live a very sad life to have to resort to this type of personal attack.

I made a bad call today! You please don't do that.I visited this store for a prescribed medicine. And guess what! It took them ONLY 35 minutes to have my medicine! And they don't even bother about the exhausting wait time for customers.I'd never recommend to visit this store again. At least not at all for prescribed medicines. One can still take a chance for other non prescribed items.

A 1 star rating for this customer service is far too generous.A man named Meet (pharmacist) is one of the rudest people i have ever seen. They insulted these two costumers in front of everyone completely humiliating them, the cashiers are also extremely rude. I witnessed two people come into the store to pay for an item, the ladies at the cashier were being very rude towards them and didn't even seem to care about what they had to say. Two of the cashiers said pay and get out!" in a very rude and disrespectful tone

I m really happy and grateful for the service I received today from 2 nice ladies I met in Tarneit Gardens chemist warehouse. I went there to get an antibiotic for my son which was out of stock...I went to 2 other pharmacies before I go in there.. the staff at the counter checked other chemist pharmacy branches n said there is no supply of a particular medication whole of Australia. I was so disappointed n walked to the car park.. then they came after me to the car park n brought me inside, they called my dr and asked for another alternative and within a few mts I got that alternative medication which is not done by 2 other pharmacies which I visited earlier.. thanks

Love Chemist Warehouse Tarneit Gardens. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. I love that I can trust my Pharmacist knowing she will always give good advice and if it is something that she doesnt know about or cant help with, she will always recommend that I see my doctor. I would never go anywhere else.. Great Service..

I will be taking legal action against the chemist who was working on Saturday 17th June, 2023, at around 1:00 in afternoon who wears glasses and was the rudest person ever. Clearly manners cannot be learned just because degrees are earned. He humiliated me by calling security in me when I questioned him, why are you being so dismissive.On 16th June, I came in store at around 6:20 pm to submit my script for bisopropolol. I had an e-script. So, they had to scan it. There can be no scope or error about which medication I needed. So I asked the girl at the counter that I will be back next day. All good so far. I come back next afternoon, I wait in the queue and I am told their system showing I took medication 12 days ago. That is not true, I advised. 12 days ago I took out Entresto, not biso. The girl assisting immediately understood the error and advised we will need to scan bisopropolol script. I said thank you all good, but I dnt want to hold this prescription collection line, and I dnt want to wait in prescription submission line, because I already waiting yesterday, and because my son is waiting at the door, if she can help please. She did. She immediately assisted and went to chemist on duty. I came out of queue to stand in the center area to give my phone to them do they could scan. Chemist starts rudely, “what time you came last night?”, I said 08:00 or 08:30. He says, so this is why- because they order all medication before 8. I say, look, I know it is not your fault and it is not this lady assisting me at fault either- however, they person who scanned my prescription should have told me because this means I will have go without it today as week. ( as I am sharing this, the lady is listening empathically, if only I knew her name I would call out and say incredible level customer service) so, while I sharing all, chemist throws this sentences at me, “ so, what do you want now?”, I said bisopropolol. He says, entresto ? I repeat, understanding must be busy, totally ignoring his inappropriate tone, I said no it’s Biso; then I continued to let the lady know that this all has been an inconvenience and she understoodd and I kept repeated that I know it’s not your or chemist’s fault but this could have been avoided. By the way if they misunderstood which medication I needed how does it matter whether I came at 8 or at 6? When I came home I remembered upon returning home I went there at around 6:30 pm, “What do you want?!, just slapping his words my way. It is when I said, you can’t talk to me this way. I am a customer and I am woman. He said I am going to call security. So, rather than just saying there has been a mix up- chemist was extremely dismissive s as no when I confronted him why is he speaking to me this way as I already am saying that I know it’s not your or the lady’s fault but the mix up because of the staff who covered last night, he just calls security?!!!! Called security because I asked him why is he bring so dismissive!!! Called me aggressive because I questioned his tone?!!! Such people do not deserve to be in healthcare industry. This is extremely humiliating and deeply hurtful. The security heard was amazing, he heard my side and helped me stop crying as I was uttering devastated. Quick question, if he called security what he felt threatened about? What threat?! Really, what?!!! He basically couldn’t offer explanation for his behaviour and just wanted me to leave- and exercised his power to call security and once again dismiss. The lady offered her apology to me for this whole mess- I mean- she didn’t need to. But she did. The chemist, if it’s not in his role to speak to customers, then he shouldn’t have spoken to me at all! He didn’t need to be nice too, all he had say was, if wanted to speak at all, that’s your medicine will be ready when we can- or something like that- but no- he had to be dismissive, rudeness and when asked why are you rude, call security . I want apology from him so he knows you can’t talk to customers this way.
