Serena has been providing my office with fresh flowers for many years and my staff, our clients and myself have been amazed by the consistency of her dedication, her ability to make every change in arrangements even more beautiful than the last, the value for money, and her friendliness and unfailing good humour. I should make a provision in my will that only Flowers by Serena will be acceptable at my funeral! I have no hesitation in recommending Serena to anyone who (a) wants a flower arrangement, big or small and (b) is very fussy and particular with flowers. She will not disappoint.

I rang eight am yesterday with a special request and picked up arrangement three hours later. It was absolutely beautiful and the recipient was totally thrilled. Would highly recommend Serena and I am one very fussy person Dianne. Thanks again.

So pleased I ordered flowers here, they were delivered between the times I requested and were exactly what I asked for and pictured online (unlike other florists substituting without even telling you). The recipient was blown away by the personal service, Serena delivered them herself!Don't hesitate to use this florist if looking in this area, so unbelievably impressed by the service.
