Anthony thanks so much for your awesome service today your my Mobile Repair hero. I have no problem give this review. I booked online at 9am on Saturday by 9:30 I had a response and booking time - very efficient, very professional - exactly fixed my dark screen. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable - highly recommended. They cto you, fixed in 30 minutes. If I got mobile problems again Fix2u have got me.

Paid for a glass screen protector to be added but was never put on. New screen has real sensitive touch & scrolls the screen on its own or just doesn’t work sometimes - only been a couple of weeks :(Loved the idea, didn’t quite follow through for the price you pay

I was impressed that the repairer opted for a less lucrative (for him) option, and got my phone working pronto. Some confusion with booking system though. I’m sure just some kinks that’ll get ironed out.

What a great service! My toddler shattered my phone screen this morning I didn’t know what to do. Luckily I found this business during my google search. It was so easy to get a quote and make a booking online. Had to contact customer service through the online chat and it was great. He was able to contact the Repair Hero and ask him to come do the repair right away. Bala was awesome. Very professional and quick. He even came to do the repair on a night he normally doesn’t work. Very thankful for this service! Would definitely use Fix2u again.

Anthony was professional and easy to deal with. Even when he needed to reschedule me at short notice, he offered me the screen protector free of charge which is great customer service. I am very happy with my repair!

My iPhone X needed screen and battery repalcement.Booking service online was easy. Pricing was clear and quite reasonable (about a third from what Apple quoted me).I made the booking on Saturday and received a confirmation email, informing me that a technician will contact me soon to arrange a visit. On Monday morning Xufeng (the technician) called me to check if later in the day would suit me - the exact time to be confirmed an hour in advance. Around 4pm he called me and asked if 5pm would suit, which I accepted. He arrived around 5pm and was done with the repair within half an hour. We both tested the phone and all was well. He sent me an invoice overnight, for payment by bank transfer.I will use this service again and will recommend it to my friends.
