What a wonderful space. From the moment you walk in you feel like your going to experience something special. The decor is beautiful and the team were all professional and friendly.The gift shop has so many lovely bits and pieces. It was hard not to go crazy in the gift store!I had a wonderful treatmentand will definitely be back in the future.

Went for a mother & daughter pamper experience (Spa Fusion). We upgraded to the hydro mask. Really beautiful spa, lovely service, they used a lot of product and took their time. If you are going to go to the spa, might as well do it well. We will be back.

For anyone thinking about having a massage you must try Stephanies Vintage Spa in Cleveland. Been going there for around 10 years now and everything is perfect from the moment you walk in the door from the staff to the decor and lovely music playing. Lauren has been looking after me for over 4 years and she's absolutely amazing at her job and a real credit to Stephanies. Ask for her when you book and say I recommended her. We had been searching far & wide for months for a new regular spot after our last one shut down over covid. You really get what you pay for here at Stephanie’s & every last detail has been considered thoughtfully. The staff are friendly & professional. The rooms are meticulous and luxurious. The teas were wonderful & so was our vegan platter. I have no constructive feedback because everything was spot on. Finally! A day spa that’s actually worth the drive & prices! We will definitely be back to try the other massage services

Great first time experience at Stephanie’s. Staff were lovely and courteous, the place is neat and beautiful! Tamika looked after me during my appointment. Her massage was consistent (pressure) the entire time. She is lovely and professional :)

I had an incredible treatment with Lauren, who was extremely professional, caring and helpful. She's great at what she does and very communicative. The place itself is beautiful too and I left feeling a million times better than when I arrived. Cannot wait to go back ☺️

Glorious! Service is very professional and friendly. Respectful at all times and the ladies are just lovely. Beautiful range of heavenly treatments to suit different needs. The building itself is absolutely phenomenal and looks like it should be on the cover of house and garden magazine.

I had my first appointment last year which I enjoyed, the ladies gave me tea afterwards and sat me down to decompress. I had a second appointment earlier this year in February and couldn't get the experience out of my head. I booked in with time to spare at the end of the day - even moved it earlier.When I walked in, the ladies (same from last time) were rushing me, stating that I was their last client for the day (mind you ~2 hours from their stated closing time). The microdermabrasion was rushed - several times it caught on my skin. No tea or down time offered after. If I'm paying to have a premium luxurious spa experience, I would appreciate not to be rushed so two ladies can get off work early ? It seemed inconsiderate and the reason I have not attended again.I paid the same both times - the same care should have been provided.

For Xmas and birthdays I always ask for vouchers to the Vintage Spa. It’s my favourite place to be truly spoiled.I love everything about it. Excellent experience. Enjoy!
