This is the 3rd Titan shed product that I have puchased and David at the Capalaba store went over and above all expectations compared to others to make sue the installtion of the new caravan carport and concete floor work well and was completed for me correctly. I went to Titan Capalaba with shed plans from a competitor and saw David Pitt who completely changed my perspective on what I wanted out of a shed kit as a novice builder who wanted to have a crack at installation. David talked me into the pros of a Titan Goldstar shed and worked with me to design a custom 12x6x3 shed with a 2m awning. The price was competitive and the service from Titan has been fantastic.Kit delivered about 4 weeks later as promised. I had issues with some dodgy tec screws and Titan delivered a new bag of screws within the hour of raising the issue. David was happy to face time me while I was building the shed with a few questions I had - great after sales service. Shed is almost completed and I am really happy with the outcome, given I have no building experience.One thing that could be improved is the kit bag instructions and Goldstar video. We found them to be outdated and a bit hard to read for beginners. I made a mistake of using door flashing for vermin proofing simply because the instructions don’t clearly identify the bits and pieces contained in the kit. Thankfully it’s no major issue as the door flashing will do the job. David has looked after me to replace the product to finish the door flashings.Overall, I’m extremely happy with Titan and the service from David has been outstanding. Looking forward to decking the shed out as a home gym and recovery center. Thanks David!
