Red Rooster Pimpama
One of the best Red Rooster stores I have ever had the privilege of visiting. I am a chicken man, I have eaten a lot of chicken... Yes, even from the forsaken dirty bird who have become a bunch of cowards too afraid to make their buckets spin any more. This Red Rooster easily has some of the best and most consistent customer service of a fast food place in the area. Friendly, everything is cooked fresh and you don't feel terrible after you have finished eating like another unnamed chicken restaurant which leaves you questioning your life choices.

The staff are always nice and polite. The food quality is always good here. The food is always warm and fresh. Red Rooster has gotten really good in the last few years, whereas the competition has gotten worse and worse with soggy chicken. Keep up the good work and the positive vibe between staff.

Hate leaving negative comments but order red hot fried chicken must say very disappointed it's oozing in oil, taste weird lemony flavour not enjoyable taste for me. Onion ring was cold and and hard plus had the worst potato and gravy ever which taste abit off.

I’ve never been one to eat fast food but as I was passing through on my travels I needed something convenient for my kids ,we stopped here to have a quick lunch and continue with our drive to Sydney,I must say that the staff were very friendly and patient as I didn’t know much about the meals one of the staff members who went out of her way to serve me and my children, I think her name was shayanne or something like that ,she went above and beyond to make sure our food was fresh and served with a smile ,we will definitely be coming back on our way home to get another snack and hopefully see this young girl again who made our visit very memorable,good job Your store and staff get a 5 star from us …

I've honestly never been a fan of Red Rooster, but when my family and I decided to try our local one a few months ago, I was shocked. The chicken (we ordered a whole roast with chips etc.) was so moist and cooked perfectly.Every other time since, it's been just as good.Definitely recommend.

G'dayI've been going to Red Rooster over KFC for most of my life now and truly love the rooster rolls, I had ordered 4 and to my surprise received them within 5 minutes. The young girl that had served me I believe her name was Shay, sorry if i got that wrong I'm terrible with names, but she was really lovely and had excellent customer service and love for her work, you could definitely see it. The rolls were steaming as I opened them and were really fresh and had a perfect ratio of sauce and chicken in them.Will definitely be back to this Red Rooster whenever I want to eat it now.Thanks

I've been using this Red Rooster for the past 2 yrs, tonight had to be the worst shift I have ever experienced. Tonight is my wife's birthday, she loves Reds.We decide on a rooster feed for the whole family, some pineapple fritters, a BBQ bacon burger. Asked for the cheesy nuggs to change to plain as my daughter has lactose issues.After waiting 9 and a half minutes to get my meal, I get told I had pineapple fritters, rooster feed, onion rings?I get home to find no pineapple fritters, cheesy nugs instead of plain. Call the store and complain, tell them I am not happy, coming down to get the right nugs and pineapple fritters, then order peas, and they had the ordasity to charge me for the peas.Maybe train your staff and managers to concentrate on the customers in the shop, get the order right and maybe worry less about the boys in the shop.Sadly my family had to wait and try to keep stuff warm while I drove down to reds again.

Red Rooster Pimpama
I ordered tonight 27/09 and food was presented great and even got some goodies with a cute note from the pimpima store. Every time I get my food with the cute notes even if it’s just a note to say enjoy :) and it’s always amazing presentation and good temperature. I think it’s from the same staff member so head office should acknowledge the efforts big or small. Thank you to the team that worked tonight. :)

Good quality and pleasant service! The food was well prepared and tasted great!You don’t see many red roosters around so I’m glad we have one locally now in Pimpama.
