Myer Upper Mount Gravatt

I’m a 13 year old girl who went in Myer to find a specific lipgloss and as soon as I arrived at the makeup section on the second level my friend and I were immediately stared down by a mature lady staff worker. I understood her concerns of us stealing and I smiled at her. But soon after we realised they didn’t have the gloss we wanted we left the store. We were about 50m away when the alarms went off and we got yelled at to come back to the store. As I was very confused, I asked my friend if she had taken something and she assured me that she had not. We got back to the front of Mayer and the woman was accompanied by a security guard and the manager. She then said to us “How about you give us back those lipsticks girls”. And obviously we defended ourselves and said we didn’t steal anything. She made us empty our pockets and realised she was in fact wrong. After I offered to empty my bag she said no and the manger told me we were free to go. Too me this interaction felt off, because considering the distance of which we were away from the shop and the beepers went off (no one else had left at the time) it seemed staged. Anyway love Myer and all but that wasn’t a positive experience :).

Great looking & tidy store, great departments. So easy to find that special present, I got great specials on sale and big savings Nice atmosphere with quick service in the mornings if you wanna avoid the crowds

The staff at Lancome counter at Myer Mt Gravatt has consistently been so bad. They are not even a 5% percent of the Myer Brisbane City service standards. They never fail to disappoint.

I was very disappointed and disgusted to hear about the poor customer service shown towards my grandmothers at Myers today.My grandmother had found a floral dress in the store’s Tokito Fashion Department, which was placed on the ‘now $79’ rack as seen in the picture. She decided to purchase it, under the impression that it was $79, as it was hanging on said rack. When she went to the nearest cashier, the dress was scanned and the cost was $97.My grandmother then explained to the cashier that she had found the dress and 5 of the same garments on the $79 rack. She was more than willing to purchase the garment for $97 despite the error created by the Myers staff, however the cashier's attitude towards her was rude and disregarded the issue as if it wasn't a big deal, stating that she has scanned the dress and it is $97.My grandmother's sister then took the photo of the garments on the $79 rack and showed the cashier, asking her what is the price shown in the photo?". The cashier admitted to my grandmother that it says $79

nice and clean didn't have what we where looking for poor lady at the shoe section was flat out on the Sunday might need more staff

Popped in to get a jar of Estèe Lauder revitalizing supreme +. The woman at the counter was so helpful, she popped in a few samples for me to try. Who doesn't love a little surprise? The Estèe Lauder counter is brightly lit, clean, uncluttered, & products for testing on display.

Karen at intimates was lovely. She did bra fittings for me and my friend and were so friendly to have a chat with. Would come back to her for sure. Highly recommend!

We went to Myer at Westfield garden city and found that it's way too expensive. The products has offers on them have price that's expensive than what it would actually cost.We saw a Tony moly face mask and it said 5+1 offer and $4 a mask.Even if you actually buy 6 masks individually, it would cost $24.However the price was $25.I don't understand how this works

Just visited Myer at garden city, and was looked after by Harry. I was shocked with the level of help I received today. Went above and beyond to help with finding sizes and searching stock for an item I thought I would not of got. Harry made it happen, and assisted with all clothing needs. Super friendly and helpful. A Nice change to Myer!

Love shopping here, I like how it's always easy to find what I need (mostly baby clothes). Reception is always professional and helpful when it comes to finding sizes from other stores. Good sales too when they do have them
