Extremely poor customer service after 11pm… the parcel locker inside is completely useless since no access or any kind of help is provided there after 11pm… swearing rude behaviour is very common at that sort of time… so if you need to use parcel lockers, use the one in Tarniet Central instead as that’s accessible 24-7 !! DO NOT USE THE PARCEL LOCKER IN 7-11 at TRUGANINA if you don’t want to be yelled at!!

Don't ever buy your myki card from here the personnel aren't experienced enough I brought one got to the train station not activated spent $16 to have to buy another card at Richmond , returned to 7 eleven the next day to get a refund and took nearly 30 mins , i felt like the girl at the counter thought I was lying , asking question after question, seriously you stuffed up accept the fault and fix the situation , I didn't ask for an apology I asked for a refund , get yourself sorted ..... out of petrol today too no signage up so motorists are wasting time at the pump

I walk here a lot, and normally really like it here, it’s calm and the staff are always willing to help. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because sometimes the place is quite dirty.. No offence but, you guys should clean up more. Coffee stains are on the floor, Slurpees are spilt everywhere! Everything is good but the hygiene. That’s all I gotta say. :)

This station got only 2 coffee machines and one is out of order most of the time. The station seems busy and there is always a long queue in front of the coffee machine which is very annoying. I hope the management will look into it.

Normally v competitive fuel price. I like that it's Mobil quality fuel as well. And the app means i can lock the price here and get fuel when im closer to home
