No service! Booked in Subaru for service and was told it would only be an hour so could wait for it. Arrived this morning and was told it might take upto 6 hours. Won't be going back there for service and since I'm in the market for new car, will give Jarvis a miss as well.

Was very satisfied with the sales service during the purchase of the car. Made purchasing the car an easier process. I only give 4 stars and not 5 due to difficulty in contacting the servicing department. They should be an administrator was phone ready to transfer calls. Gets frustrating quick having all calls going to voicemail.

Can’t say enough great thing about the staff at Jarvis Suzuki Tanunda, Took my car for its service and the wonderful men at the desk were so friendly and kept me updated about my car and in the waiting area the floor staff made me a coffee and checked on me while I waited. Every time I go here the staff go above and beyond to make you comfortable.

Jarvis Barossa suits me for my car service because staff are friendly and professional, service completed within reasonable time, they don't try to sell unnecessary extras while still offering some reasonable extras, reasonable price, clear explanations without talking down to me because I'm not a mechanic, good location as don't have to travel to the city, nice cold bottle of water on a hot day and car washed.

FAST FORWARD TO LATE 2022, EARLY 2023After discovering a noise of unknown origin, Jodi and the Tanunda team have worked with us to identify and rectify the issues.Many thanks for a concerted effort.SERVICE IN SEPT 20215 STARSI reckon they even vacuumed the interior!!Wow. What a great surprise.Fixed Price regular service, $269.SERVICE IN MARCH 20210 STARSDisgusted that a Fixed Price Service for $120 ended up at $426.Someone in the service department seemingly decided it was reasonable to undertake UNAUTHORIZED wheel alignment, tyre rotation, wheel balance and full suspension check for an additional $180.So angry at these people.
