A little bit hard to find,you have to enter on hunter st at the back but well worth it fantastic store with friendly and knowledgeable staff and they have everything!VetsGroomingDo it yourself bathsAnd puppy schoolWe will definitely be back

Well stocked and laid out store. On the smaller side so may not have the range of a larger store. Staff were very friendly. Greencross Vet on-site which is quite handy.Parking and access is wheelchair friendly.

horrible grooming experience, took my dog here, before grooming the groomer politely asked us what our preferences are , but in the end she made her own decision without letting us know. disregarding everything we said and agreed upon. horrible communication skills and very unprofessional!. blaming my dog for it even though my dog was so behaved in other groomers.

The staff at the store were absolutely lovely and took their time to assist me with choosing between heat emitters, even though I had inadvertently interrupted them in the middle of a task. I appreciate their friendless and dedication to customer service, and I would definitively come back here!

I have a corgi who sheds a lot of hair. I booked a bath and de-shed and the results were fantastic. Rosie looked and smelt beautiful. I was very happy with the service I received. The staff were lovely, very friendly too.
