Generally speaking, hair management is good However the makeup dresser appears not in a good mood on that day. The hospitality manner is not satisfying and I can understand it's busy during Christmas.. But.. The makeup dresser is not willing to say any words during the process of doing makeup, and the technique skills needs improvement..

I had a fantastic experience at Two Birds. My hairdresser was Mayu, and she cut my hair perfectly to how I wanted it. Mayu and the rest of the staff were very friendly yet very professional and I felt comfortable giving feedback on what I wanted my hair to look like. I will definitely be going back next time I need to get a trim! Thanks Mayu! :)

Did wash and blow dry here, wasn’t expected that I will get mini head massage and hot tea! I left the salon with bouncy and shiny hair ✨ thank you!

Pricy, especially if your hair falls into the extra long category, but you get what you pay for and I think it's worth it. They fixed my hair after a botched haircut at another salon. I probably wouldn't go for a simple trim though because of the extra $$ forextra long hair. I also got the Japanese hair straightening here and it was very well done.

I recently had my hair cut, coloured and styled at Two Birds Hair Salon and I can confidently say it was one of the best salon experiences I've had! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and my stylist really took the time to understand what I wanted before offering her professional advice.

Best Hairdresser in town! Haruka did an exceptional job with my hair. She was extremely kind, provided me with the right consultation for my hairtype, gave an amazing gentle hair massage and cut and styled my hair, way above my expectations. Both hair and make up were so good! I had both done at the same time, they were impressive working together. It only took an hour, was affordable, and they did a great job of both. I would definitely go back here and recommend it to others!

I’m so happy I found Two Birds Hair. I went in for a total style change, from waist-long hair to a pixie with Shoko. She perfectly understood what l wanted and tweaked it better to suit my hair type & face sharp. I felt comfortable and at ease with her professionalism and easy manner. I absolutely in love with my short haircut and have received numerous compliments on my new style! I visited Two birds hair + beauty after looking at goggle reviews. I booked a hair treatment online, which clearly stated $65. When I arrived my hairdresser Mizuki showed me a updated price list pointing out to me it will be $70 and will I be ok with it. I am already a bit confused as I only booked the appointment in the morning and few hours later already went up $5. After my treatment, the staff Mizuki informed me will be $85 and showed me on computer screen $65 crossed out with $85…. I was shocked as they never informed me after my 30min treatment the price went up again. The hairdresser apologised she didn’t explain to me but still wish to charge me $85. I feel my consumer right has been violated as the price increases dramatically without any explanation prior. I don’t plan visiting the store anytime soon and wouldn’t recommend anyone.

Went into the Salon because 3 of my friends have recommended me. I had a haircut appointment with Shouko, and I really love how my hair turned out!Because of my previous bad experiences at other salon, I was really surprised that Shouko really listened to my request of wanting a short haircut. And even better, she really understood what I was looking for and came up with a better cut than what I initially hoped for.I think this is the first time where I trimmed my hair to shoulder length and I have a lot of people complimented the new haircut, which really speaks on how amazing Shouko did my hair!I highly recommend this salon, and will definitely come back for my next cut.
