Experience was not good when buying a cheap phone. The expert could not explain the features of the phones and the differences. Ended up buying a useless phone and having to exchange it later. Manager was great but please train your staff!

Good sales service but I’d strongly suggest if buying Apple products, buy direct from the Apple Store to benefit from their pre and post sales support. My daughter had a new MacBook, which was faulty after two months and the store would not replace it under warranty and only offered a path of it being shipped for repair with no indication on time or potential costs. I decided to go direct to the Apple Store and they delivered a fantastic service which resulted in a swift and well communicated repair at zero cost. I personally won’t buy and more Apple products from JB Hifi due to being so let down by their post customer service.
