Seriously love this place. I’m a single woman who knows nothing about cars so I’m so lucky to have found these people who you can trust. They’re always busy, they don’t need to rip you off because they just do great work. My car was making this terrible noise and when they did repairs it was like new again.Appreciate you so much. I’ve been meaning to write this for ages, sorry about the delay!

Disappointed with customer service and communication. I waited a week for first available and it wasn’t a really suitable time, however I was told the replacement wouldn’t take long, so I booked it because of this. When I arrived I was met by a man that was clearly stressed about being overbooked, and disgruntled about the communication I’d received from booking staff. He needed at least 2hours and proceeded to rant about it. It wasn’t the best experience, so I left. I drove to another place nearby and it was done in 30mins with no drama.

Shout out to the lovely guys at My Car Annandale who helped me out this afternoon when I turned up on spec, with a tyre pressure problem and warning indicator. They filled all the tyres up, re-set the indicators and cleared the warning sign for me, and wouldn't let me pay anything. Very helpful and kind of them. Great service with a smile. Made me feel cared for in my local community. Thanks guys!

Paya and the team were awesome! They took me in straight away to patch my tyre and got it done within 10-15 minutes. Their inspector checked my other tyres for road worthiness and told me honestly that I didn't need them replaced yet. I got the pink slip done at the same time because rego was due this week anyway, so despite the annoying nail in my tyre throwing me off my work day, I'm grateful I could get it all sorted here at one time.

I met the guys yesterday when they helped me pump up a flat tyre. They were so helpful. As the leak continued, they kindly fitted me in for a tyre repair on Xmas eve. Great service and I was also pleasantly surprised by the bill. Highly recommended!
