I highly recommend Sav Neri from The Leather Doctor (MacGregor) for any furniture repairs, cleaning or maintenance. He was prompt, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Plus he fixed the problem straight away in the most efficient and logical way so I was impressed. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why in a considerate manner. I felt informed every step of the way from first call and updates to arrival with repair. I would happily use him for any furniture needs and would not hesitate to recommend him to family, friends and colleagues. [Backstory] I purchased a recliner lounge chair from Amart in 2019 and was having some mechanical issues with the closing function so was asking for it to be fixed under warranty. Amart’s warrant claim team referred my issue to The Leather Doctor (MacGregor) and the rest is history. Thanks Sav :)

Dr Leather were amazing. They arrived on time, were very very efficient in covering a large mark on my couch. You cannot see where the mark finishes or ends. The cost was very reasonable. Look forward to having them back next year to do the whole couch !!
