I had an emergency plumbing repair to do on the caravan. Rushed over to Barnes as they had the part in stock and I bought some consumables too. While I was there I asked about a less urgent problem I also had with my freezer door, not only did they tell how I could fix it, they demonstrated the method on one of the showroom fridges. Gold 5 star service at a reasonable price.

Totally inept. 4 months waiting. After 3 months sent an email, no reply. Rang 2 weeks later to claim the window that had been sitting around the store. After payment still waiting 10 days after being told it is on the way. They don’t give a hoot!
