You can get items at the Star that you can't find elsewhere. The prices are excellent. The music is fantastic. If you can't find it just ask Barb and she will find it for you.

This is by far the best removal company in south burnett. Staff take good care of furniture and belongings. Very reasonable rates. Very good service, and knowledgable in the service they provide.

After booked furniture movers cancelled on me the day before we were scheduled to move relatives and friends moved a lot of out belongings but we had all the big stuff left, called Star and the helped out with friendly and fast working men.

Well this was the worst experience I have had in a long time, so we did ring up on short notice and asked if they could move us. They said no worries and we where good to go when I spoke to the owner she was nice and helpful, now where it goes down hill I got there just as they where unloading the truck walked in and found rub marks all over the furniture where they have not used pads or where they have poorly. If that's not bad enough the guys doing the job where rude and told me `` you need to be somewhere else while we work '' and other passive aggressive things . They dropped box's and furniture alike ,banged into walls and roof alike . Then I try calling the owner the next working day to talk about just one of the problems to be told the '' guys said they did not do or damage anything so there's nothing we are going to do '' then proceed to hang up on me .All in all awful company to deal with would advise to stay away from.

Solid people working here, very efficient and great tetris work in the truck.

Workers turned up 1 hour late and weren’t in any hurry considering they charge $175/hr. I have moved many times in my life and needed help due to my health. I was left with a hefty bill and had to end up moving most of my household into storage myself as it would have cost too much time and money to get them to complete the move. I had been very happy in the past with the workers but they were different people. I will not be using or recommending them again in the future.

The boys were great value, worked wonders getting everything in they shouldn't of. Thanks to all staff for what they made work, much appreciated. Drew if I could tip your tetris work I would've. Can't thank you guys enough!!

Johnny and Drew were excellent removalists. Very efficient and helpful. Only 2 hours to move a one bed house locally!!! Would highly recommend!! Barbara thank for your great removal men!!!

Nothing........ cannot understand the reviews about this business being five star. Where else in this area can you not get what you pay for, be abused as a customer by the proprietor when you critic the service and then told it’s not their problem when they leave a third of the furniture behind and then expect you to pay full price for their ineptitude. And when a complaint is made threaten to punch the customer in the face. Not only that when told that the left behind furniture is not their problem citing some airy fairy piece of paper stating that the only truck they have is incapable of an uplift which is more than a two bedroom house. I don’t understand why I was treated so badly. Customer service is dead as for as this business is concerned.O
