I have tried giving this place many chances are they are local to me. Every single encounter has been horrible. The owner is extremely rude with every encounter I have had. My nails never last they are always rushed. I came in today to fix a nail which was broken and because it wasn’t making her money I was turned away to come back “ in an hour”. I have seen her turn down services like kids nails and then accept others which will make her more money. It’s very unprofessional. I am not one to write reviews on places but given the continual negative experiences, I thought it was best to inform people.

Rude staff. Very over priced. Young girl with glasses would not even let me look at a colour palette while I was waiting, when I asked nicely. She said 'You can wait' in a rude manner. She spoke behind my back to her colleagues in their language. Making it obvious. Disgusting service. Would never go back there again.

Dreadful SNS job by the male manicurist. Kept me waiting over an hour. Filed my nails way too short and applied chunky sns coats and the top coat is patchy and matte, not glossy. Absolutely the worst salon I’ve been to. Avoid! I’m going to have to go elsewhere to have fixed.

This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to.The pedicure was extremely expensive - paying extra to have my sheet shaven (I have never had this before)The entire pedicure was poor - little moisturising of the skin, cutting & manicuring of the nails.I would never returnWaste of money

The worst experience. The girl doing my nails was rude. When I asked her to be gentle whilst buffing my nails she completely ignored me and continued. Then the owner/manager took over and was equally as rude. The worst experience. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I went here to get my acrylic nails removed. At first, they tried removing them by slipping a fine nail tip underneath the acrylic to flick it off. 3 nails in and I was in so much pain I pulled my hand away and asked if my nails could be soaked off. The lady said it would take a long time, I responded I’d rather wait than be in pain… this lady left to work on someone else, and after some time another lady came to start filing back my acrylics. It got to a point where she had actually filed back some of my actual nail, and on other nails, acrylic was still left when she said “go wash your hands”. I told her there’s still acrylic there and she said no there’s not. I then began picking it off and showed her. She put my hands back in to soak. After a short while, the manager (I assume) came over and starting removing more acrylic. She was pulling and my hands and being very rough and rude. After a while, I was again told to go wash my hands. My nails are completely ruined and they were throbbing for a couple days after this. Plus I still had to peel off the acrylic myself!! I would NOT go here. Rude staff and no care for customers at all.

Terrible! If only I could rate it 0 stars. Would not recommend.Went to get french tip acrylics, my first time getting acrylics at all, and I thought it went well. I got the gel coating over the top and everything.Then, after less than a week, my nails start turning brown and chipping. A friend let's me know this isn't normal, so I went back to Blush and told the woman what happened.She accused me of lying!!! She said I had dyed my hair or used purple shampoo. One, I haven't dyed my hair in months and you can see the regrowth. Two, I'm a redhead and only blondes use purple shampoo. I was so frustrated and tried to explain to her, but she kept calling me a liar and saying she wouldn't fix it.In the end, I went to a different shop and they fixed them. I will never go back to Blush again. My mother-in-law also told me after that she got a fungal infection from a pedicure there.Do not recommend!!!

I wish I could give this place zero stars. My shellac chipped after 2 days and when I came to fix it I was told that shellac is like nail polish and it’s my fault. Obviously wasn’t making money for them and the lady who seemed like the manager turned me away. I will never come back here again. Worst attitude and customer service.

Not amused, highly disappointed. Took my mum there for mothers day, they're always quite popular and I assumed they'd be good. Even after booking, being 10 minutes late due to traffic, the delay was another 70 minutes. But the service was horrendous, they keep looking towards each other and laughing seeming to chat about the client. Furthermore, the manicure and pedicure took a total of 20 minutes. Barely any kind of massage, and the filing of nails was uneven. It's only been one day and the nail-polish has almost completed chipped off. The service itself was $55, but the customer service was worth nothing. They're rude, don't listen, ignore and prioritise customers with higher paying services. Furthermore, the lady doing my mums nail paint for her feet picked the same nail polish" as her hands were being done

Would rate one star if possible. Came in this evening at 6:20pm and asked how long the wait would be for acrylic infills for two people. The lady in the pink (I assume the owner/ manager) told us to come back at 7:30pm. Myself and my daughter in law went for a walk and came back at 7:15pm and asked if they could still take us and the same lady told us that she can’t take us and that we should’ve waited in the store. We were not told to wait in store at all and are furious that we were not accommodated for the owner/ managers communication issues. After reading reviews on this stores consistent bad communication, poor work and general uncleanliness, I’m glad we didn’t end up getting our nails done. Would not recommend.
