I’m sorry, I can’t recommend these people. I was quoted $100 to rekey 2 locks then an hour later the guy rings me and says they’re done. It’s $170! I now had no choice to shop elsewhere as they had completed the job and had my locks. When I questioned the guy about not holding his price he just said yep, it’s now $170.

Great service from the staff, snapped key off in lock, they gave me advice how to remove lock and took it into the shop and they rectified problem, new key cut and screen door up and running again, great advice and service, best locksmith business in town

I have experienced weird service, the remote button key can not connect to the car, and they wanted me to pay for that, I did not pay and then they locked the main door to keep me illigally in the the store for 1.5 hour in order to get my money , I nerver thought that had happend in AustraliaI have reported my case to the police, I seriously recommend you not to try this service!

Got them to cut me a spare key, 2 yrs ago, which damaged the whole ignition barrel, their advice was also proven false information

The key fob wasn't working on my old grand cherokee Jeep, and the other places I called in town told me it wasn't possible to program a new one. These guys did it for half the price of ordering a replacement from the dealer!!! So nice not having the alarm go off every time I open the car. Thankyou!!

Just got a replacement car key cut. I provided the key (original and replacement), the staff member was friendly and helpful. But $60 for a 5 minute in store key cut?! I'd try elsewhere if you're just after a key cut. And the lesson is to ask for a price first, don't just assume a key cut will be less than $10!!!
