BCF (Boating Camping Fishing) Nerang

My partner and I brought a stand up paddle board a carbon fibre paddle, a carry bag and also soft racks and had the pleasure of meeting the store manager Matt who was so helpful and even gave us a discount. Would definitely shop here again just because the manager Matt was so nice and helpful. Highly recommend speaking to him for all your needs.

Purchased a Gerber knife on February and it has fallen apart. Was refused a refund or exchange in store because they said they need Gerber to approve itI didn't buy the knife from Gerber, I only delt with BCF. If they are going to not back their products within 2 months of purchase I'm not going to shop there.

Very unprofessional service. Not friendly at all. On this occasion I visited and had dealings by an old lady that was abrupt from the moment we stepped toward her counter. I understand it was holiday season and she obviously didn’t want to be at work. I like many others have to work through the holiday period. All she had to do was be kind and know she is getting paid for being there to work and give good service. Anyway I left the store without my goods which I was ready to pay for. I went to Oxenford BCF and received great service and got the products I needed.

Great place to get a 9kg gas bottle refill

I ordered some items online from bcf nerang. They ran out of 1 item so I was told over the phone I could just come in & choose a different item when I picked up the others. When I picked the items up, the lady who served me was quite rude. She basically accused me of being a liar and made me feel like the issue was my fault and if I wanted to get a refund then she'd have to make a call and we could be waiting an hour. She made me feel like I had caused a problem because I'd ordered something and they didn't have it. The person I spoke on the phone said I could just choose another item but when I did, they wanted to charge me for the price difference. There were none of the discounted ones left in my size so I don't know how they expected me to just choose another". I usually shop at the burleigh store

Terrible service....I bought a good quality Daiwa rod @ BCF Nerang, used twice, that broke 1 year and 3 weeks from purchase (during its second use). Took it back to Nerang and Jamie, the Assistant Manager, told me it's out of warranty by 3 weeks, and said, That sucks". He called Daiwa for me

Bloody good people, got my click and collect and off we go.Large store, plenty to see.

Not shopper friendly, made a special journey to have my gas bottle refilled was told they were to busy to do it even though I offered to leave it overnight.Will find another store in future.This one isn't BCF'N fun
