The worst tradesman I've ever had to deal with, he undercut the other quotes to get the job, he started in January on a simple driveway and foot paths, after receiving more than 50% of the agreed price he vanished for 3 weeks, after many many many calls he came back did half a day worth of work and vanished again, then he demanded more money, I paid him again (biggest mistake), he did another half a day and vanished again, and the phone calls started again, he kept coming up with excuses while he was taking on other work and pushing my job back, most of the work he's done is faulty and needs repairs, then after demanding more money and me agreeing to pay him again just to finish the job he decided that he's not going to finish it.After delays, repairs and lost income I'm over $10,000 out of pocket.See in you court Jimmy, just make sure you turn up.
