Couldn't be happier with our flooring.Lee and the team at Andersons Gosford were very helpful and friendly from the very start.I was a bit anxious about picking a flooring colour. However, Lee and the team helped me to find the right colour and were very patient with us.The floor installers were very professional and friendly and made sure they did the job right.I would highly recommend Andersons Gosford.

Lee & Tracey were outstanding throughout the whole process. Tracey was most helpful in listening to our needs, indeed she was not only persistent in identifying possible choices she pulled the rabbit out of the hat with the winning sample. I was unsure but she was exactly on the money. It looks great and is terrific underfoot.Lee was prompt the day he came to measure and quote. His approach was confident, clear and open in relation to the the carpet and how it would be laid. The installer, Mick, was outstanding. The lay is fantastic.It has been a pleasure doing business with this small business and I have no hesitation recommending Andersens of Gosford.

Andersens Gosford is truly a respected name in floors. The moment I stepped into their shop to inquire, a superb customer experience was provided by their team. It was a calm and very smooth experience dealing with them and they were very generous of their time and effort in answering all of my queries and letting me bring home the floor samples. Their pricing is very reasonable and was in fact the best pricing I've found in the coast. Our project was huge but time pressured. However Andersens did everything in their power to deliver the best outcome on a very tight deadline. Lee was very hands-on in the communication and organizing everything. We fell in love with the quality of the floor boards that they have provided. Scott (and his team) was a master of his craft in installing. They were very efficient and the skillsets and expertise was of very high quality. They were very calm, very organized and very respectful of our property during the install. The end result is everything we've ever wished for. We highly recommend Andersen's Gosford and we also plan to engage them in our future projects. Thank you so much Lee and Scott. Just had 2 floors laid and a surprisingly easy and pleasant experience! In-store advice was good, prices fair, communcation good; the laying guy was on time, friendly and had high attention to detail. It all went to plan and the floor looks great!

Lee was fantastic to deal with as we renovated our hair salon in Lisarow during lockdown. Nothing was too much trouble and his personal attention was very much appreciated. I highly recommend Andersen's West Gosford!The end result was exactly what we wanted and done on time.

Totally recommend Andersens West Gosford. The team are very friendly, helpful and know their flooring! Gill was so incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my selection and her knowledge of carpets is outstanding. Lee turned up to quote and install when promised and Trent who layed the carpet was incredibly respectful and very professional. Our carpet has minimal joins and the overall result is fabulous. Don't waste your time shopping around, go here first and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

Andersons have just laid new carpet for me in 3 bedrooms, stairs and landing as well as floorboards in the foyer, hallway, kitchen, lounge and dining. I like the fact that Andersons at West Gosford is a local family business right down to the kids playing at the store and their beautiful Labrador sleeping in a dog bed in the corner. From the very beginning , after hearing a great review from my sister in Coffs Harbour about her local Andersons doing a great job I decided I’d see if there was a store on the Central Coast. Anderson’s staff were friendly and professional. They kept me in the loop throughout the process and their installation staff were great. They worked so hard! Hard floors done in one day - carpet done in 3/4 of a day. That included moving all the large furniture. So for what could have been a odorous experience - it ran smoothly and like a well-oiled machine. Well done Andersons.

Needed 150 sqm vinyl woodplank floor for our office/showroom quickly do to meet fitout requirments. Lee made the decision making process easy. Dealing directly with the person overseeing the install gave me confidence the job was going to be done right. The level of workmanship is the best I've seen, would highly recommend this company.
