Lite n' Easy
After a break few months we started the deliveries again and noticed we have to pay for delivery. Food is good still.Always been a fan of lite n easy. Food I'd great but we do get the odd overripe tomato or cucumber which can be disappointing. I find the website not as easy to use as it once was, any problems and you have to wait until Monday to ring them.

My experience to date of their service has been excellent. Very responsive, friendly and reasonable delivery options.However, I have just learned that they are no longer doing evening deliveries, at least in Adelaide. That has to be one of the most customer hostile business decisions ever. They appear to have assumed that we are all working from home or have somewhere to leave a box safely.Furthermore, most day delivery now attracts a fee.Very disappointed & will no longer order until they restore at least one evening delivery, which I don’t mind paying for

Really dissapointed with the level of customer service received today. As a returning customer I ordered my plan a week before delivery, only to receive an email the day before delivery to say my credit card details need to be updated (email at 8:30am for a cut off of 11:00am) - I assumed that my credit card details were all correct. As I only use my phone for internet banking and don't carry any physical cards with me, I emailed back straight away to figure out if I could transfer the money to Lite N Easy some other way. The email bounced back saying the account is not monitored (great). I had to step out of a meeting and call up and received no help whatsoever from the 'customer service' person. I offered to transfer the money right away. All she offered me was to cancel my order, then quickly transferred me to the survey. In all my previous dealings, the staff have been friendly and helpful - and this has always made Lite N Easy an attractive choice. If this is the level of customer service, then I wont be suggesting Lite N Easy to anyone. No stars.

Lite n' Easy
I was gifted a box of lite n easy this past week ! Just wow ! Wow ! Wow ! It included both frozen and fresh meals . There was zero difference in my opinion, between quality and taste, between frozen and fresh. I was also astounded at the meal sizes. I was never left feeling hungry or unsatisfied. I then went on to investigate the price of lite n easy and was very impressed at this as well. Highly recommend and will definitely purchase .

I have been receiving meals from lite n easy for sometime. This week I placed my order 5 breakfasts and 5 dinners. When I opened my order found only 4 breakfasts, rest of order was all good.

After receiving my first order, I am impressed with the quality of the delicious food & the service. Congratulations to the chefs & all the Lite n' Easy staff ! Everybody loves PUMPKIN ....... Any chance of more PUMPKIN being added as side dishes ?

Lite n' Easy
I have been ordering L&E for a few months now and have been very happy with the dinners. However in the last order I have noticed a definite decline in the amount of meat in the dinners. My Husband had 1 1/2 slices of beef in his roast instead of the usual 3 slices, whilst I have had to search for the chicken in both my chicken and cashew nuts and the sweet and sour chicken.

Yesterday, i bit into a fish bone in The 'My Choice' Tasmanian Salmon. I put it aside and the next day ate anotherTasmanian Salmon as i love them. However this time i found another bone but smaller.I thought it a responsible thing to call and report it but never again!i was scrutinised, asked for measurements, colour and in the end i could take no more and ended the call.i rang because i thought it a responsible thing to do not to claim recompense . Obviously she didn't believe me . i took a photo of the smaller bone and i may well search in my bin for the longer one.I found this questioning completely unnecessary. What difference does it make what the colour of the bone was. i thought it important to report it because My Choice meals are for elderly people on packages or disabled people.
