Usually easy to park. if you are after crates, they keep them in a separate room near the entrance.

The shop is conveniently located not far from Woolies and Coles, it's has enough parking space near the shop.The selection of pet supplies is great, and the prices are good.We take our dog to the dog washing tub for 10 dollars per 10 minutes.And we buy nice treats after that.Great pet shop in the shire.

Always a good experience. I regularly order our tinned dog food, health chews, toys and more from IPetStore and they're always efficient and send the items quickly. Also very helpful with returns when I ordered the wrong size dog harnesses once. Thanks for the good service over the last few years.

0 Unfortunately very bad service. I waited 7days for order to arrive. I have 2 x German Shepherd puppies & had enough food to last for 5 days. I had to repurchase some more food, before the order didn't arrived in time as the email stated. When I spoke to someone at iPetStore the response was should have order sooner. No apology nothing. First time customer & last time customer. Would not recommend this company.
