I highly recommend this company! They did an excellent job, installers were very professional, polite and courteous. Turned up on time. The Shaderunner that was installed is just perfect for our needs on our pergola.

We had Instaco designed and installed our flyover patio early May this year. We found the designer Bernd has very good engineering background and good communication skills, always answered our questions and explained things in a rapid manner. He listened and understood our needs very patiently and provided a good design accordingly. Lee and Mitchell installed the patio for us. They worked precisely and with good workmanship. They were very careful to prevent the materials not to be scratched and discussed any raised issues and solutions with us. We found Bernd, Lee and Mitchell were very professional and pleasant. Overall we are very satisfied!

Everyone at Instaco from the Managing director through to the Installers went out of their way to ensure we were happy with our new Carport. They were professional, reliable and honest in their dealings and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product done well.

When we first spoke to Chris we were looking at a shade sail structure for our pool, Chis advised that due to the location we could not really achieve what we wanted to achieve but he had an alternative suggestion. An extra large retractable awning would suit perfectly. We had not previously been able to find a large retractable awning so this was music to our ears as it is what we originally wanted. Chris quoted and the price was great, his service during the process has been wonderful even through the worst of the Covid times. His install team was second to none, high quality workmanship from a great team, our electrician even commented how great the installation job was. I would highly recommend Chris and his team for their workmanship and professionalism, if you want the best options, the right advice and a job done right then Chris is your man.

We recently had external blinds installed by Instaco and their installers (Scott & Brett) were fantastic under very trying conditions. 15 floors up in South Brisbane at the same time as a tornado was ripping through Eagle Farm, a heavy downpour was the only thing that slowed our installation. One of the wires was not fully tensioned and came loose during the day but they returned within 24 hours to rectify the problem.I would recommend them to anyone looking for blinds or awnings.

Not sure if the 5 star reviews below are correct or someone in house wrote them but we certainly haven't had a great interaction with this company.Would not recommend them to anyone as they don't deliver what they promise and then they don't want to fix the issue unless you pay them to fix their issue!When their accounts department sends the wrong invoice and you make payment on it, they send a correct version and then threaten you with debt collectors if not paid.Workmanship is shoddy and will now cost us to remedy it, this company offered to fix it but with a charge to fix their error!Wouldn't recommend them to anyone

We wanted to buy a pool shade for our new pool but were quite confused what to choose.The company has all range of amazing shades/umbrellas in their showroom, to choose from.Chris spend a long time explaining the options and helped us to narrow down our choice.He came in to check the pool to have a better understanding of what will suit our need the most.He then came back again on the installation day to make sure everything is going uneventful and we are happy with everything....I am so impressed.Been happily using our 5 meters wide umbrella for 3 months now....We had our house built from scratch and often left not quite impressed with the businesses we dealt with; but this one was different!!!

Chris was awesome in guiding us with the purchase and installation of a 4m counter-levered shade for our pool. Everyone who sees it is like “wow” as it looks great, is very sturdy and made just right.

I started communicating with Instaco in regards to ordering a large tent style marquee and wanting to obtain some prices.I was sent a quote for $6,670.00, a significant investment for our business but I accepted their quote via their online system shortly after as I thought this would be a great promotional product for us going forward.The following evening I received an email from Instaco saying that they had incorrectly quoted the price of the marquee and the price was now going to be $8,315.00.I refused to pay the increase due to their error and was offered a slight discount to $7,898.00, again I refused and as I didn't think I should be the one out of pocket for their error and wanted the quote honoured.The next communication was I have undone your acceptance of the quote and have updated the price".Terrible service

What a great experience. Special thanks to Lee and Mitch for their care and attention to detail when installing. It was obvious to me they take real pride in their work which is most refreshing these days. The results were better than I expected. Don't be messed around by others - Instaco will get the job done.
