Staff are very friendly and professional, they kept me updated and I found them to be very honest.The mechanics were able to diagnose issues that had not been able to be fixed at other workshops in the past.For the work that was required and performed I paid a lot less than I had previously been quoted and I was even supplied with a loan car at no additional cost.I will definitely be returning to Boulton Mechanical for all my future services and repairs.Thank you Tim and team for your honesty and help.

They are honest, reliable and always advise you on the best course of action to take with your car. They don't recommend services unless you really need them, unlike other car mechanics.Their prices are competitive and the value you get from them is higher than most garages I have used in the past.I highly recommend them!

The team at BMI are a hidden gem! Both my partner and I have now recently had our car’s serviced here and couldn’t be happier. Very genuine and trust worthy service and a great price. The ability to also do new tyres is a big plus. Wont be going anywhere else from now on!

STAY AWAY FOLKS. Beware. Don't trust that they will do the right thing in your car if you are not checking after the service. You will get charge more with less service. The manager/owner will not bother to check if they have return back any part removed. Got my under chassis dust protection cover removed for oil change and never returned. I always check my car before service. I am Not coming back with BMI even my referrals.

Took my car in on Monday last week, steering shaking badly when I brake at 100km. Got a phone call tuesday, the lady saying they needto change a part in the steering, and the routers are a bit bent, I said please fix it. Got quoted was happy, then she said I have leak on my gasket, quoted me, I said fine go ahead. Get a phone call tuesday arvo, the mechanic snapped a bolt on the rocket cover, he had to get the 'bolt guy' out to remove the bolt, said around $100, I then hear nothing from them? I had to contact them to then be told the mechanic will contact me when they receive quote from 'bolt guy'. No call till thursday 4.45, saying your car is ready. I wasn't able to make it in before closing, for some reason they weren't open Friday, Saturday, so my partner picked my car up today, we are then told we are paying for everything, didn't even call me to tell me how much it was gonna be. The best thing is they didn't fix my routers or steering the actual reason I brought my car in! Stay away, very bad communication, if any? I just wanted my car not to shake when I brake! Ended up paying for a snapped bolt and a leak that could have been done another time.....and the car is still shaking when I brake!!!!!!!!!!
