Wonderful service received parcel early amongst silly season!! Excellent customer service from driver and phone operators thanks Direct Freight Express!!

Worst service ever delivered parcel to the wrong address came back the neighbour had put the parcel on our bin which I hadn't noticed. driver come back no apology no contact no nothing complete asswhole

Had two parcels picked up from Sydney at the same time they only scanned one item. Part the order has been delivered and after Waiting on hold for over 15 minutes have been told they don’t have record of the second parcel even though my supplier has confirmed it was picked up from their depo. No call back after five hours of waiting and am on hold again now currently 10 minutes in this time. Only good thing I can say about this company is the delivery driver that drops off to me is great and always friendly.

They dropped off feeding tubes for my disabled baby and when leaving they hit the corner of my brothers house and kept on driving.When I emailed and left numerous voicemails about the incident they did not return my calls.I am a single mum who can not afford to pay for there house to be fixed.

I wouldn't give them one star, but had to to post.Had 2 separate packages delivered to a different address, given to a person with a different name.To describe as Incompetent, would be a compliment.I'm still in discussions with them, 'not happy Jan'

Absolutely useless. Was meant to take 6 days. Ended up being 12 days. Even though it was on the coast in 5 days. Then continued to sit around. No updates on the tracking. Didn’t tell me it was out for delivery. When it did eventually get here, the box was damaged and partly open. Not what I wanted when there was $1500 worth of parts in it. Will not be using a service by them again.

Had a sorry we missed you" note placed in my letter box with a website and consignment number to check. The website didn't work so I rang and spoke to customer service who couldn't help and said I need to speak to accounts?? Why

Where to start.... okMONDAY - I got an email saying parcel had been flagged as “check address” basically the muppet driver got lost, the address was fine, (state of the art delivery system my a$$), I called the number and after being on hold for 15 minutes, I asked if I could be contacted if the driver got lost again. The woman in the phone said, and I quote “no problem leave it with me” and I gave her my mobile just in case.TUESDAY - I waited and waited, I called 4:30, on hold for ages, I gave up because I was about to throw me phone out the window.WEDNESDAY - I called at 10am and shocker!!! ON HOLD for over 10 mins. I was told that AGAIN driver got lost on Tuesday and flagged the parcel as “check address” AGAIN!!I told the woman it was ridiculous and I needed a solution, she said “I see what I can do, I’ll call you right back” FOUR HOURS LATER. I called again, and was told parcel was to be delivered in Thursday as all trucks had left the depot already. I was asked if the directions she had on her screen were correct. And shocker, there were ( so why drivers kept getting lost is beyond me)THURSDAY - I called again and so used to being on hold just put the call on speaker and put my phone down while having breakfast, I got through and was told package was on board to be delivered. HALLELUJAH!!! What time?, I asked, 12:30 sir!! According to the system, I waited and waited and waited, I left my house at 5:15 he get my son from daycare and maybe get something to eat. Thinking just my luck, I bet the stupid truck shows up after I go. I left a note on the door saying JUST LEAVE THE PARCEL ON THE SIDE GATE PLEASE. I just wanted my stuff, I felt I was gonna cry I was so angry.I came back and surprise surprise SORRY I MISSED YOU CARD!!I am sorry this is basically the worst freight company I ever encountered, the customer service is a JOKE!!!FRIDAY - I’ll be picking up my parcel for which I paid EXPRESS DELIVERY. From the Crestmead depot in the morning because chances are they will deliver at 5:30 again, exactly a week after I ordered it. In case you were wondering my silly house that cannot be found is located in PARK RIDGE the next suburb to Crestmead. Holy %#£¥* they are useless.

I left instructions for the parcel to be left at the office if no one home. This was ignored and i got a card to say I’d missed them. So i followed the instructions on card and went online to arrange delivery the next day. It never arrived and when i rang they said as I didn’t ring and arrange delivery they didn’t send it. Still waiting.
