Very helpful staff, helped me find just what I needed and talked through what I was looking for and matched me to the right product and didn't try to sell me just anything they could grab off the shelf.

Placed an order online and clearly wrote out the person coming for pick up from store. It was confirmed by email and text sent to the person. The person arrived at the store with ID proof and billing details for pick up. The store refused to give the order even after the proof was provided.They said you can pay again and then cancel the previous order which may take a week for refund.Even the manager who came out was unreasonable after providing all the details.I have vowed to never order click and collect from this store again.

A big thank you to Elle & Sam at JB Hi Fi Ballarat for their 5/5 customer service.I returned my 4 month old Pixel to the Ballarat store after the screen started to fault.Elle served me & was very patient and helpful. Elle explained the warranty procedure perfectly and was transparent about the process and turnaround times.Everything ended up getting resolved far quicker & easier than I expected.Really happy with my experience.These guys deserve a pay rise!

Went into to buy I cheap phone. I don't need much just calls and text. I noticed the Nokia C01 which was the cheapest phone on offer.The salesperson with glasses advised against it and pleaded with me not to buy it and stated a few reasons why.I thought he was just trying to upsell me a more expensive product and was being a typical salesperson so I bought the phone anyway.I owe that person an apology. The phone was god awful and every single one of the issues the sales person mentioned was a serious issue. If only I had listened To that salesperson.The staff here seem to tell it how it is and not just sell a product for personal gain. If I had listened to the sales staff I would have avoided a monumental amount of grief.

Highly recommend this store. Went in looking for a gaming keyboard. The staff member that assisted us was so polite and helpful. She listened to my son's needs, answered all questions he had and made suitable recommendations and suggestions. My son walked out a very happy boy and is rapt with his purchase.

Wanted new TV. Staff asked if we needed help, we didn't straight away so they left us to it. When ready for service staff were very helpful and took time to explain features of items I was looking at. Good sale on. Very happy

Be careful with how the warranties are handled through these guys. I was told my stream deck wasn’t under any warranty after a year of having it. Turns out it was but not with jbhifi, I was only given one option to have them send it in to get fixed, this would have cost me around $150 apparently. Please mention this to your staff just because you don’t offer warranties doesn’t mean the manufacturer doesn’t it cost me nothing to get a brand new one from elgato. You’re literally ripping off your customers when you choose not to disclose these options don’t try to make us pay for stuff we shouldn’t need to pay for. It’s also frustrating that I bought this device from you and you can’t even cover the basic warranty period the manufacturer offers but whatever company policy. Shame on you.

I felt I needed to share what superb customer service we received today and 2 other times before that. All 3 times in the phone section a wonderful young lady, Rachael was her name, helped my 86 year old mother Gwen with the purchase of an iwatch.Rachael was so good with my mum, very patient, nothing was a bother and always with her bubbly personality. I myself have always had terrific service with all the staff there and is my go to place but Rachael wasamazing. I thank you very much Rachael xx

Amazing, helpful experience! Came in looking for a gift for our 16yo sons birthday and walked out the best parents in the world thanks to the awesome staff.We realized we had got the wrong lights and it were given a no worries attitude and a smooth exchange.You could get lost for hours with the amount of product in store.
