Salesman couldn’t find keys to the cabinet so we could purchase the earphones we wanted after we declined to change to Optus . We waited and waited and and it was clear our purchase was no longer of importance to the salesperson , fine we will spend our cash elsewhere. Would not recommend anyone shop there.

The staff we delt with were very helpful. Chloe in furniture and Chrissie and her son in law (to be, I think) in appliances and TVs. The best and most friendly service I've ever experienced. The photos are of some of the items we brought.

Big shout out and thanks to the tech/phone person who helped my father pair his phone he brought there mid last year to his laptop again. It was hard for me to do over the phone with him as I cannot see the screen but the guys were happy to help out again, that's some outstanding after sales care right there!

This is one of the best place to buy home appliance and tech stuff in Rockhampton. Recently I had to return the Chromecast due to having no use for it. Story short, they were very friendly and professional about my circumstance. The staff members are always easy to talk with and they'll let you browse the place in peace, greeting you from time to time and not treating you like some kind of thief.We bought our washing machine here as well. All in all, excellent and i hope they keep up their good work!

Ordered a bed which they were not able to deliver, they asked for $600 deposit which we paid. They told us the bed is very popular and are easy sold.We now had to cancel as the old bed in one of our rooms collapsed. So we bought somewhere else.They now keep the $600 for their cancellation policy, for a bed they can easy resell.This concludes our shopping with Harvey Norman.

The Product Care" sold with each product is not the same as a warranty or insurance. If recognised it will only get the cost of the original purchase back

Don’t expect to be able to use your product care without being made feel like you are doing the wrong thing. Very disappointing service from the franchise of the electrical Rockhampton after 20+years of custom.I would never recommend spending your hard earned money in this store.
