Landing page has “book a free quote”. They ask you to visit the show room, take the samples home yourself, come back within 24 hours, then only if you can tell them the exact carpet you want and the size of the rooms they will come out because “they don’t want to do two trips” but expect their customers to. Way too hard to deal with these guys. They also ignore emails
