After 2 weeks unsuccessfully trying to deliver a consignment from VIC to NSW. I have asked them to return my consignment. But i have no hope that my consignment will ever be seen again.Edit:3 weeks later, 3 of 5 items delivered. and 2 items returned.Edit: all items finally returned

Useless bunch of fecal sandwiches. Wouldn't trust them to deliver a mouldy, used sponge to an abadoned car wash.For the money you pay for these clowns, there's much better freight booking agencies out there.

We are not your biggest customer but after years of becoming loyal customer and supported you when they first started you business. Yes during covid since everyone was working from home we don't have anything to send from our office like a lot of other business out there.. And now when business open up and resuming our freight requirement after covid, you decided to close our account and not interested to do business with us. Yes we may be not your biggest customer but we are still paying customer and it seems thats how you treat customer! good luck for your future business!
