Neptune Swim School

Absolutely amazing swim school. It's the best swim school I have every been too. My kids had no structure in there swimming technique within 2 weeks they picked everything up. The pool area is warm ,very clean and amazing facilities. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking as well which is a bonus. Highly recommended

Kids do have a great time with their instructor and the pool is well heated !!! There are limited private stalls in the bathrooms but overall very clean. The team is really sweet, but miss the young lady at reception on Saturdays, really made my kids feel welcome.

Neptune Swim school has the best student to instructor ratio, the facilities are super clean and you are able to watch your kids while you wait. All the staff there are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly they keep you updated with their progress. My kids have been there since it opened and they have progressed immensely and have build confidence in the water. Highly recommend for all ages.

Thanks to the team at Neptune for helping my boys gain confidence in the pool this summer. We recently attended their Holiday Intensive swimming classes and the outcome after completing this is amazing. 1 week of classes during the holidays in addition to our normal weekly class has seen my son’s water confidence grow immensely and his love for the water increase. Well worth the cost when water safety for our boys is priority.The team here are amazing!!

My two daughters attend the swim school and I am really impressed and happy with there progress. The structure of the lessons is amazing and well structured. They love attending there lessons every week.The staff are amazing and the centre itself is always clean and fresh. Highly recommend

My son is enrolled here and we have always loved it until something happened today! I held him as he went under water and passed him to instructor Sarah. He drank water and coughed until he vomited and this is very normal! She assured me he is okay which was good. But what shocked me is that the class ended and all the parents ran out of the water holding their dear kids and looking at me and my son like he had committed a serious crime yet he is only 15months. I was confused and I quickly assured all the parents that my child is not sick and they never talked to me or even asked if he is okay (where did humanity go?)I am a parent and that feels awful so as parents we can do better! Anyway, so I went to the bathroom to clean my boy up and something else that also shocked me is that no one none of the staff even came to check if we were okay and even no one asked if my son was okay. So I am just worried in future if something bad really happens to your child just know you are on your own and you will deal with it by yourself! At least show some care and concern.We will still be coming but very cautious going forward and we will take the school as a place we just come swim and go and expect no care or concern so I will just have my emergency contacts notified every Wednesday but we don't pray for anything to ever happen anyway.

Great facility. It is small but that doesn't effect the quality. The instructors are amazing, so friendly and helpful. The front desk staff are great too. My son enjoys his swimming lessons.

Trying to deal with this swim school has honestly been so disappointing. My concerns and issues in regards to my sons swimming lessons were not treated with any care or importance, hence the reason I cancelled his enrolment.Then I thought I would keep my daughter there as she’s still so young, however there was a payment issue and they kept advising me that someone was going to sort it out, three weeks later still nothing resolved. Honestly felt like they don’t really care about the kids, but more about just taking your money.I will be taking it up to fair trade since no one wants to deal with the payment issues.
