Coles Banksia Grove
Great store with a wide selection, however it is in the middle of bugidiboo nowhere, so I cannot award more than two stars. It's a two hour plane flight and a 3 hour bus coach out to this shop. Not worth the trip.

all the staff are so lovely- I want to highlight Marisa at front desk. she was so accommodating and lovely and went above and beyond. i’ve never met such a friendly worker and she deserves to be recognised by her work x*I was a coles visitor doing the samples*

Unfortunately, i had to edit my rating from a 5 star to 3 stars due to a horribly rude older lady on thursday evening looking to be training some people on the self-service area. Though it was about me and only overheard it, the lady was blatently bad mouthing about some customers after they'd left, which isn't on in my books. I've worked in retail before, and that stuff should stay in the lunch rooms not out on the floor.

The staff and management are so helpful, during the lockdown Liz the manager was Soo organized and had organized staff to direct customers and form queues for all the essentials and check outs so there was no rush ....well done Liz and the Team at Cole's Banksia Grove Village.
