I spoke with Meghan today about engagement rings. Super helpful, explained a lot more than I thought goes into rings and helped me with what looks nice. She knew I wasn't buying today and made sure that I didn't feel pressured into buying it. Absolutely amazing!

My husband and I took our daughter to this store to purchase a piece for her 16th birthday. Maritess was absolutely lovely and a great help. I highly recommend purchasing at this store, make sure you ask for Maritess!

Rochelle went what I feel was above and beyond to look after my husband and I today & helped me find my dream wedding & eternity ring, also assisted my husband in purchasing a watch he truley deserves. Purchased an engagement ring here with insurance including option to clean the ring. Came here first time, they didn’t clean it properly. Came here the second time, they refused to take it coz they are going to close within 10 mins. I guess that everyone is rushing to go home so they don’t want to take a ring to clean???? Well, what is the point of buying insurance then? Coz you don’t do the job properly and gave the worst after purchase services. Next time, we won’t buy any jewellery from here as people only care about the sales, not about retaining customers!!!

This location was a great experience, the sales associate was a kind and friendly lady who helped us pick out something beautiful in our price range and helped us learn about sizing and pricing in a helpful and not condescending manner. Many poorer folk fear going into beautiful stores like this because they think they will be looked down upon for their price range. That was certainly not the case here. Fantastic service and beautiful jewellery.

Top quality customer service! Trista provided the highest quality service out of all the jewelry stores we visited.
