Self serve trolley check outs is a joke. Bring back full service checkouts and stop cutting jobs. I'll be going to Woolies from now on, at least they still have service for 12 items or less.

Exceptional check out service from Kaidyn yesterday morning. He asked whether the bags could be filled up or kept light. We chatted as the groceries were scanned plus he placed all the bags into my trolley. Great to see such fabulous service from this young man.

Store is laid out well. Found everything I needed and more. Needed more registers open and the conveyor belts at register us very short. Makes it difficult when you have a large shop.

The most disgusting behaviour I have ever seen from a lady ( staff member) in all black uniform raising her hands at customers telling them to ‘GET OUT WE ARE CLOSED ‘ at 6.01PM Tonight at COLES Elanora.She was speaking at the top of her voice to myself and a young girl who told her I’m waiting for my mum.I’m a manager of a furniture store and if I ever spoke to my customers like that I would be sacked.I have never felt so unwanted as a customer in all my life and I will never be shopping at COLES again she made me feel extremely anxious and uncomfortable, NEEDS RE TRAINING OR SHOW HER THE DOOR

All of the staffed checkouts were closed by 6pm last night. We had a full trolley of groceries that we were told we had to take through the self service checkout. This added so much extra time to our shop, because we had to scan and bag the entire shop ourselves. The cost of staff is obviously built into the cost of the groceries. So if I’m scanning and bagging the groceries myself, where’s the discount on our shop? There should always be staffed checkouts available when you are open.
