If you're a business looking for appliances, avoid avoid avoid Harvey Norman Commercial! Service is horrible. Can't order anything without talking with your assigned sales rep. If you want a return an appliance, expect to pay between 15% and 30% the cost of the appliance, even if it's an appliance kept on the shelf! Craig was unhelpful and unable to contact many times. Do yourself a favour and go to The Good Guys or Retravision. Pricing is much the same but no hidden or excessive, costs. I regret the day I bought our business to Harvey Norman Commercial. We won't be back to any Harvey Norman store again.

All staff in showroom were great to deal with and made my fur baby welcome

I went to O'Connor first to buy a TV and They don’t have stock which I was looking at. It was Hot deal price $985 or $895 something. Under $1000.They gave me a number here Osborn park then I call them to have a stock. But The guy who answer the phone, He was so rude when I told him the price at O’connor to make sure It is same price or not and He was like They don’t do price match He were saying, “You can buy there then. I have new one in the box.” I think this guy didn’t want to work on Sunday or something. I didn’t even visit Just asking on the phone But, I am pretty sure This guy is not good at customer service at all.I always went to Harvey norman buy all the furnitures and electrical stuffs last 15years But, I never treat like this any branch except here.
