Zero star is the best note!So bad experience, so bad competence with this agency... Everything is long, nothing is done, it's like the wind!... What hypocrisy towards the tenant!! Wow, I don't recommend!!

Alex is one of the most ARROGANT real estate agents I have ever met. His wife is not far behind. I would not recommend them at all.

Renters Review -Our experience as renters with The Property Group AKU as the managing agent was poor overall. This is based on:- The managing agent being generally uncontactable and not returning calls or messages unless followed up with further calls/emails repeatedly.- The managing agent wrongly accusing that rent had not been paid (it had, with no explanation / apologies provided).- Numerous requests were made to fix broken lights, installation of fly screens on bedrooms (due to no air conditioning installed and windows unable to be open in summer due to mosquitoes). Across living in the property for +18 months, no lights were fixed or fly screens installed despite agreement to.- Deceptive reasons for property owner visits.- Bond return. The bond was agreed to be returned following the new property owner's inspection and confirmation, however the bond was not cleared to be released by the managing agent for over 3 weeks, despite numerous calls and messages.

Kim and everyone at AKU have been a joy to deal with. We’ve been renting a property in Coogee for 2 years and since day 1 communication has been spot on. We had an issue with the electrical box which was sorted promptly. Additionally we had an issue with a leaking down pipe which was promptly dealt with. Kim and her staff have always been lovely and readily available even during busy holiday periods.Myself and my housemates couldn’t recommend The Property Group more. Thanks for everything.
