National Storage Hervey Bay Airport

What a spotless facility! I started using Storage First at Hervey Bay in 2010 and from the outset, the service could not have been better. The staff are helpful and professional. I had to move to a smaller unit after the initial sorting out then, when moving gain, rented an additional unit for the crossover. No trouble at all!Rents are very competitive, access simple and the whole facility very secure.I would have no hesitation in recommending them and would certainly use them again in the future.They really are First" in storage!"

Best storage facility ever!!!! I have been storing my household belongings with Storage First Hervey Bay for at least 7 years (though possible longer) while I was travelling interstate and overseas. In all those years there was never cockroach, insect, dust , animal, mildew of any sort in my unit or in my possessions. So impressive to unpack finally back into my home and to be able to take things out and use them immediately with no worries knowing they were as clean as when I packed. This is one very superior facility and I will always use it in the future if I need storage. Thanks to everyone at Storage first for exemplary service.

These guys are amazing to deal with. So pleasant and the premises is just so clean. The prices are fair and it is raised so we never had to worry about flooding. It was insulated so the extreme heat wasn't an issue either. We were there for nearly 12 months and we highly recommend them

I cannot express just how much we loved the service from Craig at National storage in Hervey Bay! We are currently moving from the Sunshine Coast to Hervey Bay and needed to store a first load of household items before our move in 2 weeks time. The physical drain and emotional stress from packing to driving 2.5 hrs was short lived once we arrived! Craig was absolutely awesome and should be credited for his amazing customer service! Lance and staff were more than helpful with all aspects of moving my belongings into storage, even keeping the doors open for me to get from work one afternoon so I could view Storage Firsts facilities. It was certainly very much appreciated.I am very pleased with the conditions at Storage First and know that they go above and beyond to make customers incredibly happy with choosing them for their storage arrangements. Lance even realised that I didn't need as much storage as I'd first estimated and downgraded me to a smaller shed as I was moving in, saving me $30 per month. AMAZING!! There's not many businesses that I've encountered in this day and age that exceed in exceptional customer service, so well done!!

I have been storing with Storage First for 5 years. Lance and Jo are just wonderful. The facility is clean and tidy, there is excellent attention to detail, pest control is always carried out. They carry a huge range of packing supplies at reasonable prices and always have the latest bits to make storage easier (the latest bag-style, reusable dehumidifiers). They are always happy to help (I needed a ladder and one was supplied) and Lance sprayed inside for ants before I left. Thanks guys from me in WA.

This was the only place we could get to store our stuff a year ago when we moved from nt to qld.Staff on the phone very helpful while trying to organise size etc while still in the nt.Price has gone up a bit since starting our storage was $70 now up to $102 per month.Easy access to facility
