Amazing experience! Plenty of parking available, toilets, undercover seating and a lovely little giftshop. The tour itself was suitable for our family including a 3 year old - although she did ask to be carried up half the stairs. The stairs all have railings and are relatively easy to do. Some low points when entering the cave, I am a small 5'2 and barely needed to duck for them

Lake Cave is a stunning crystal wonderland situated deep beneath the earth. The entrance of the cave lies at the base of a spectacular sinkhole. Inside the cave, dazzling crystal formations dominate the cave roof, while the unique 'Suspended Table' is perfectly reflected in the tranquil water below. The water droplets are sometimes breath takeing.

Great cave to visit. Good general lighting as well as coloured lighting with stories for the kids. The suspended table is a great formation to see. You see a variety of interesting cave formations. Over 300 steps down but once inside it is easy going. Our guide was very informative. Great for kids. Shop with souvenirs, icecream etc. Also a picnic area and toilets. Cost was $24 for adult and $12 for children. Tours are quite regular. You can just walk in but if you want a specific tour time, book in advance on the website.

Wonderful cave experience. Be aware there are 300+ stairs and at one point ducking to avoid a low rock is required. Our guide made the tour interesting and fun. Ticketed guided tours only.

Beautiful cave with stunning lake in the cavern and tour guide very knowledgeable and friendly but the steps back up to the top are crazy

A must visit if in the area. Just fantastic. And the lady tour guide it a great job in explaining how the cave was formed and its history.

This was fabulous. We had a brilliant tour guide. We took our two kids (6 and 7 years old) and they managed it perfectly fine - to be honest, better than the adults!It isn't too far down, but it tough on the way back up. It's only a 5 minute climb of stairs - you can do it! And it's totally worth it.The Cape team have done a BRILLIANT job!Make sure you book through their website. Tour is an hour.

Amazing Amazing Amazing.. we were not sure which cave to visit and we were really lucky to choose this one .. This year the water level is higher than before and highly recommended to go for it .. lovely tour with very knowledgeable guide and talented storyteller

We visited Jewel Cave first and kids loved it so much we went to lake straight after. Lots of stairs to walk down and up, so if you have bad knees you may reconsider ! Amazing sight inside , it's a short 1 hour tour and they are knowledgeable.

Tom was an incredible tour guide, a champ and I enjoyed the tour and the back story about the caves and how they were formed! It was such a good experience especially it being my first time at MR! Definitely will be returning with more of my family! Amazing job guys!
