I bought a bag from Pelli just under 7 months ago. It has since fallen apart and they have refused a refund, repair or replacement. I’m not even sure this is legal under consumer law? They came back and offered me a 30% discount on my next purchase (lol)For a company that preaches being environmentally friendly they sure seem to be happy about contributing to further waste
