We have been using Jas and Mel for a few year's on any drainage repair and location work that needs more specialised equipment. We’ve found them prompt and cost effective for every job, even some in very difficult situations.

Jason and Mel came out to my home after a different plumber couldn't remove loads of gravel from within the main sewer which was causing blockage. Jason very quickly diagnosed the root cause of the problem to a broken branch pipe. They cleaned out the gravel and relined the broken branch pipe with minimal fuss. So far okay. I had to fix the wall which needed a hole punched into it for access reason, but that's just life. The cost was a bit high but there was lots to do so really no complaints.

I got a pipe relined and got a broken drainage cleaner removed from a pipe by Reline Solutions.Initially Jason sounded good when he relined the pipe. During reline he noticed the broken steel/iron drainage cleaner. I asked him how much would he charge to remove it, and he mentioned that it would cost 1600 as he would have to cut the rod into many smaller pieces, and push the pieces all the way to main pipe. He mentioned that the job would take over 4 hours and that's why the charges are 1600$.I believed him and gave him a nod to go ahead and asked him to give me an appointment when he can fix the job but did not get a reply.One day I got a message that the job was done. Neither I nor the building manager(who is in the same complex) was notified about the visit.Building Manager inquired with the tenant (old lady) and she mentioned that the plumber came in and was gone within 1 hour.During billing, I politely told Jason and Mel that I'm disappointed and it is not fair that they charge 1600$ for 1 hr work. They exaggerating the work description of a job that really took less than 1 hour. Jason threatened me and said that he would enter the house (private property) where Old lady lives and put the broken drain cleaner back again. He yelled while I was talking to Mel.Asking a genuine question (that too in a polite tone) is my right as a customer/client. Display of such aggravated behavior is unprofessional.I regret my decision to believe Jason about the issue (description of how the drain cleaner would be removed) after he finished his first job.

I contacted Jason regarding my blocked drain. He was very professional, helpful and at the right price.
