Solargain looked after Everything in a timely manner an we loved how they updated us on newly available products so we could change our quote if we wanted to.We also love how the system looks and have been saving $s in the first week of operation.Would definitely recommend to.others.

Our entire experience with Sungain Solar was professional and informative. The pre-sales person was knowledgeable and courteous. The on-site crew were on time, efficient and cleaned up afterwards. The installation was neat and the site supervisor suggested a minor layout modification to best suit our roof which we agreed with through consultation. Great job team!

Good engagement after the initial contact and clarified a number of questions before proceeding with Sungain Solar.Installers turned up on time and completed install per estimated time.Only downside was installers did not take all their rubbish away with them, so have to do a couple of throw outs in our small fortnightly garbage bin.

Installing solar with Sungain was an easy experience. We have a piecemeal difficult second story roof. From the start they were knowledgeable, prompt and courteous in all their dealings. Sungain took care of all approvals, rebates and dealings with electricity supplier. All our questions were answered rapidly. The installation team were efficient, friendly and left everything clean , tidy and professional. Sungain provided a good turnkey service and we are happy to recommend them

Installers were punctual & polite, really listened to us & the site specific installation requests that we had, and they worked hard to provide a quality install - it was a long day for them.Would recommend :-)

This company is a complete joke. As a customer, you have to check and verify everything that they do, every step of the way. The first install, didn’t have the right parts, couldn’t figure out how to get the inverters working properly. Second time, couldn’t get the inverters working again. Third time, finally figured out they the parts they used were not compatible and needed to be changed. 4th time, managed to get it working but left duct tape in the power box to cover up 240v connections. 5th time, managed to finish the job properly. Power limitation to the grid still doesn’t work as expected. Complete waste of my time and investment. I would go elsewhere in the future.

Very happy with Sungain, system installed within 3 weeks of deposit even though I live in a rural area. Installation was very well done, installers thoroughly discussed layout and system. System has generated 59kW in 9 days during cloudy Autumn weather. Would recommend Sungain to anyone looking to get SOLAR
