I live in Singapore and I bought a Breville Barista Express from Streamaster Australia. I had some issues with the machine that I received I've been really impressed with how Streamaster dealt with it: they were very responsive and we worked out quickly with an exchange. Customer service was outstanding. We bought a Breville Oracle coffee machine. Craig was an absolute legend to deal with; he knew me by name when I called, as well as remembering my order. It felt good not to be a number in a database. When problems arose with the courier company, Craig went above and beyond to resolve the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend this company and Streamaster will definitely be my first port of call next time.

I am still waiting on delivery of a cooktop for installation. Can anyone tell me if 12 days is a long time to wait for delivery. Address distance 30 kms from Brookvale. Thank you.

Worst experience. After placing an order fir a grill cum oven, they never responded for tracking or to confirm delivery. Took ages to even call back and when I called, they only had someone pick up to take a message- could not even track the order for me. Companies like this should not be allowed to trade. It is two weeks now and I still do not know when I will get the oven.

Super easy purchase - was able to pay over the phone and collect the product very easily. Great directions given by Craig on how to find their warehouse. Would definitely purchase from this company again.

The worst store on the face of the earth, and they do not have any credibility.I asked them for a coffee machine with a discount from the site,,, so they returned the money to me and they did not bring the machine,,,,,,,they returned the price of the real machine without a discount on the site
